Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, the appointment may need to be adjusted to accommodate the remaining time, or it may be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed. Notification: Please call the salon if you anticipate being late so we can try to accommodate your schedule. No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated No-Shows: Repeated missed appointments may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
